DescriptionThe Adult Protective Services Program supports individuals with developmental disabilities who are living in the community with little or no supports or who are moving towards living in the community to ensure they experience full citizenship. 
 
Individuals are assigned to an Adult Protective Service Worker who support them in achieving full citizenship in their community in a variety of ways, depending upon their individual needs. This can include case coordination, advocacy and linkage to community services. These services may include accommodation, transportation, medical/dental/financial services, legal support, spiritual supports, vocational/leisure/educational/volunteering programs, counselling and mental health services.
